Venue Rental Details

A Palisade River Ranch wedding includes:

  • Access to 100 acres with multiple ceremony and reception site options

  • Event-day access from 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

  • One-hour rehearsal the day before

  • Two nights in “The Perch” (sleeps 6), including:
    • bridal suite
    • comfortable group lodging for part of the wedding party

  • Groom’s getting-ready space

  • Access to additional on-site lodging

Important Policies & Requirements:

  • Guest count max: 100 guests max

  • Planning services are not included, but a Kosi Events planning package is required

  • Licensed + insured caterer required

  • TIPS-certified bartender required

  • Portable restroom rental required

  • Special event insurance required

  • Guest transportation required (limited on-site guest parking)

  • All tents, tables, and chairs must be rented

  • Additional weekend events (welcome party, brunch, etc.) available for an added fee
