the Premium Weekend
A full weekend gathering designed for couples who want to spend real time with their people. This offering includes full-service planning, elevated design with upgraded rentals and florals, a complete ceremony and reception, and two additional hosted events — such as a welcome dinner, vineyard gathering, or farewell brunch. It’s spacious, easeful, and intentionally paced.

Pricing is for 50 guests, but with this package, you can increase your guest count to up to 70 total guests. Please note there are additional fees per guest.
planning & design services
You get a dedicated planner to help you through the planning process from start to finish! Our team has years of experience helping couples achieve their wedding vision, and you’ll have one by your side. They will help you book all needed vendors for all three events, design the look and feel of your days, and keep everything organized and managed.
event rentals
All essential event rentals staged at your venue for all three events included in your package.
Ceremony rentals:
- upgraded chair options for up to 50 guests 
- your choice of a ceremony arch 
- welcome table with your choice of upgraded linen color 
Reception rentals:
- chairs for up to 50 guests (we’ll repurpose your ceremony chairs) 
- farmhouse dinner tables with your choice of linen color and runner if desired 
- upgraded dinner napkins in color of your choice 
- options for chargers for dinner tables 
- ceramic plates, flatware, and glassware for the dinner tables 
- upgraded tabletop decor including candles, votives, and table numbers

bartending service
Our team will also handle your bartending services across all three events! We provide your bar front, all upgraded tossware (high end disposable cups), napkins, straws, and ice. You provide the alcohol and mixers.
florals
Our team works with some amazing local florists. We’ll team up with the florist that matches your style and your package includes a bridal bouquet, boutonniere, bud vases for all tables, and ceremony accent piece to match your arch, ceremony aisle pods, as well as arrangements for your welcome table and bar. For your other events, we will provide bud vases for tables and on accent areas.
signs & accent pieces
We’ll also take care of all signage for your event! We will provide a custom welcome sign, a bar menu, a dessert menu, and dinner menus for each guest seat. We will put together your seating chart on either a mirror or on wine wine bottle display. Additionally, if you want to assign seats for your guests, we will provide place cards for each seat.
full weekend management
Our team will take care of everything on event day. We will arrive to set up all tables and chairs, all decor, and the bar. Our team will be on site during the duration of the event, with your planner running the ceremony and reception, and our bartending team managing the bar. When the event ends, our team will clean everything up, packing everything away, and load out. No need for you, your family or friends to do a thing!
