Venue Rental Details

When you book TWP Winery through our planning partnership, your rental includes:

Access to the full TWP property and grounds, with flexibility to select from multiple ceremony & reception sites.
Event day rental, typically 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
Tables, chairs, and china for up to 48 guests (additional rentals must be brought in for larger guest counts)
Two-night stay in the on-site lodging for up to 8 guests.
Your choice of one-hour rehearsal the day before (subject to scheduling / availability).

Please note these important policies & requirements:

Guest count must be 100 or fewer (non-negotiable).
A planning package with Kosi Events is required and is not included in the venue rental fee.
You must engage a licensed & insured caterer for food service.
You must provide a TIPS-certified bartender or licensed beverage service.
A portable restroom trailer must be rented for your event.
You must rent all tents, tables and chairs (venue does not provide).
Special event insurance is required.
Guest transportation must be provided (on-site parking limitations).
Additional events (welcome party, brunch, etc.) can be hosted for an added fee.
